- The product must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.
Certain items are not eligible for returns, including:

- Items that are damaged due to misuse or improper installation.
2. How to Return an Item

3. Refund Process

If the return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that depending on your credit card company or bank, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
